At ElGranero Typewriter Company, we are confident in the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns. If you need to return a product for any reason, please get in touch with us first, and we'll guide you through the process, including any necessary export documentation.
Return Conditions:
- Contact Us: Notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery.
- Shipping: Return items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
- Refund: We will issue a refund via PayPal, Wise, or another agreed-upon payment method upon receiving the product in its original unused condition.
Return Costs:
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs both ways.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase.
Exclusions:
We do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for the following due to the nature of these items:
- Made to Order, Custom Made, Limited Editions, Antique or Rare items.
- Exclusive Sale items, purchases made with coupon codes, discounts, or personalized offers.
- Personalized orders and gifts.
- Items are held in the courier warehouse due to the client's absence.
- Reservations or partial payment orders.
- Digital downloads.
Refunds for Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your item is lost in transit or completely damaged, we will process a refund after courier inspection and the final decision of the insurance.
- We will assist you in filing a claim with the courier or insurance company and keep you updated throughout the process.
- Once the insurance or courier has made a final decision, we will issue the refund accordingly.
Additional Information:
- Please note that vintage items can have imperfections or last-minute changes due to restoration.
- Customers must pay for shipping both ways, fully insured by the same courier used for delivery. If the original shipping was free, we will send you a PayPal invoice for the return shipping cost.
- A restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase will be deducted from the refund due to selling on various platforms and the additional administrative work and time required.
- All returned items must be shipped back in secure in original condition, including the original box, waybill, packing materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories or shop gifts.
- We will email you all the necessary documents for customs, including three copies of the original invoices and a return form with all the details.
- It can take 7-25 days for an item to reach us once you return it, depending on various factors. Once received, it takes 3-5 business days to process the refund and another 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
